The Learning Garden is the digital platform for learning with and about After Rain and the Biennale Encounters program of events and performances. Exploring the themes and questions running through the 2024 Diriyah Contemporary Art Biennale, the Learning Garden’s online and durational formats focus on research-based practices, including a selection of works commissioned exclusively for the platform as well as for Biennale Encounters, while also drawing on content from participating artists. This conversation unpacks the possibilities of digital and new media to reach wider audiences, and the ways in which new tools have been inspiring artists to venture into new explorations.
