Annual General Meeting AGM and Kuenstlerhaus Buechsenhausen organised the 5th edition of AGM: AGM07 Doc.Art. The symposium analysed the interaction between journalism and art. It presented and discussed artistic projects produced through journalistic and documentary means, and conversely journalistic investigations which use artistic platforms to reach the public.

a) Short lectures and visual presentations by: 1. Alfredo Cramerotti (IT), on Shifting truths within the info-scape: from news media to the artistic realm; 2. Iben Bentzen (DK), on the Use of strategies of realism in documentarist video art; 3. Francesca Recchia (UK/IT), on Histories from the present: counter-balancing official narratives of power.

b) Video exhibition with works by: 1. Echo by Vladimir Tomic (Serbia/Denmark); 2. Protest Underwear by Colonel (France/Denmark); 3. Film as Fossil by Klaas Van Gorkum (The Netherlands) 4. The Bachar Tapes by The Atlas Group (Lebanon/USA); 5. Max by Chance by Max Kestner (Denmark)
